Terms and Conditions
Arrival and departure
Check-in is between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Check-out is by 11 a.m. Please let us know in advance if you would like to ckeck in or check out at a different time. If we have no information about a later arrival, we reserve the right to re-let the room.
Bookings
You can book a stay with us by e-mail or by telephone. We will confirm your booking in writing or by phoning you. By receiving the booking confirmation reservations become obligatory. We reserve the right to demand a reasonable advance payment or security. We are obliged to record and store personal data of our guests. Access to this data will only be granted to officially authorized persons.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon arrival in cash. We do not accept card payments.
Non Arrival and Cancellation
Cancellation of the booked room is possible until 14 days before arrival. In the event of later cancellation or non-arrival, we reserve the right to charge 80% of the room price for the entire booking period if we are unable to re-let the room.
Cancellation of the room
Due to force majeure we can withdraw from a confirmed booking. This also applies if the guest makes false statements regarding his or her person or the purpose of the stay and thus the safety of the guesthouse and its reputation in public are endangered.
Liability for damages
The guesthouse is not liable for the loss of valuables brought along. Damages to the object and the inventory are to be reported to us immediately. The guest is liable for damages caused intentionally or negligently by him/her in our guesthouse as well as for the loss of the keys.
We are a non-smoking guesthouse. Should guests nevertheless smoke in the room, we will charge an appropriate sum to the cleaning costs for carpets, curtains, bed linen etc. We also provide our guests with a smoking area in the courtyard.
